Taiwan "Sleep Quality" Podcast: Designing Natural Two-Person Dialogue in a Monochrome Studio
For the Taiwan market, we engineered an unscripted late-night podcast format centered on deep sleep quality. Rather than relying on generic stock avatars, we built two distinct characters from scratch: Qiu Xiang (casual hoodie, beanie, and natural facial hair) and Xu Jin (clean short sleeves and wire glasses), both grounded in a continuous monochrome studio with ambient broadcast microphones.

Visual & Studio Lock: Developed and locked character identity references, wardrobe, and monochrome studio lighting with client approval before generating video.
-
02
1-Scene Pilot Validation: Produced a single-scene pilot to stress-test conversational cadence, natural facial micro-expressions, and Mandarin lip-sync accuracy.
-
03
Full Episode Production: Rendered full ~60-second multi-turn dialogue cuts with complete audio mixing and seamless cutaways.
Crucially, the AI talents were directed to maintain natural eyelines with each other and react to shared dialogue, intentionally avoiding direct eye contact with the camera to preserve authentic podcast intimacy.
"By directing AI characters to converse naturally with one another rather than stare at the camera, we turned a commercial brief into an authentic late-night podcast dialogue."

Japan UGC Ads: Pinpoint Linguistic Precision & Cultural Personas
Mobile user acquisition in Japan demands hyper-authentic cultural nuance and zero tolerance for unnatural behavior. We structured two high-converting UGC narratives around a proven Hook – Pain – CTA framework across ~46-second spots, personifying two resonant everyday scenarios: a restless young man scrolling late at night in bed, and an exhausted salaryman unable to unwind in a business hotel after overtime.
The decisive hurdle lay in localization accuracy: Japanese speech synthesis must be syllable-perfect. When an automated engine mispronounced the crucial CTA verb 試せます ('tamesemasu' / 'you can try it out'), our modular pipeline allowed us to isolate and re-render only that specific 3-second shot rather than rebuild the entire commercial.
Furthermore, on-screen subtitles were engineered with natural semantic line breaks to respect Japanese reading flow, culminating in an authentic Japanese App Store UI lockup that drives immediate install trust.
"Localization in Japan demands perfection: from fixing a single mispronounced syllable (試せます) in one scene to natural semantic subtitle breaks and verified App Store UI."
